01Accounts

One login per account. You are responsible for keeping it secure and for everything issued from it. We may suspend an account that is being used to defraud someone, and we will tell you why.

02Profiles

An account may hold several issuer profiles. Each prints its own name, numbering and payment details. Profiles are not user seats — nobody else logs into your account, and creators you invoice for never receive credentials.

• Free includes one profile, Pro up to three, Studio unlimited.
• A profile's internal label is never printed on an invoice.
• Archiving a profile keeps its invoices and its number series intact.

03Your content

Your details, brands, invoices, logo and signature remain yours. You grant us only what we need to store them, render your documents and show them to whoever opens your share link.

04What Collabill does not do

Collabill generates invoices and keeps records. It does not process payments, hold funds, calculate tax, file returns, sync with your bank or give tax, legal or accounting advice. Brands pay you directly using the details you print.

• Amounts and tax lines are printed exactly as you enter them.
• Figures in different currencies are never summed or converted.
• Issued invoices cannot be edited or deleted, only voided and reissued.

05Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Their checkout is the only place money changes hands, and their terms cover the transaction itself.

06Liability

Collabill is provided as it is. We are not liable for a brand that does not pay you, for a figure you typed incorrectly, or for a tax position you took on the strength of a document this tool produced.

07Data export and deletion

You can export everything at any time and delete your account from settings. Deletion removes your data from the live service; write to us if you need confirmation for your records.

08Changes to these terms

If we change something that affects you materially, we will say so by email before it takes effect, and the date above will change.
