Refunds and cancellation
Last updated 05 Sep 2026 · Collabill, a product of Idyetion Studio
This is about your subscription to Collabill and nothing else. Collabill never handles the money on the invoices you send — brands pay you directly, and the payment details on your invoice are text we print. We cannot refund an invoice, and neither can anyone else here.
01Cancelling is not a refund, and does not need to be
When you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and then returns to Free. Nothing is deleted. There is nothing to refund, because you keep what you bought.
02Fourteen days on a first subscription
If Collabill is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full. One first subscription per account.
03A renewal you did not mean to pay
We refund an annual renewal in full if you tell us within 14 days of the charge and have not issued an invoice on the new period. A monthly renewal is refunded within 7 days on the same terms.
04When something is our fault
If Collabill was unusable for a meaningful part of a period — an outage, a defect that stopped you invoicing — we refund that period whether or not the windows above have passed. Ask, and describe what happened.
05Part-used periods otherwise
Outside those windows we do not refund a part-used period by default, because you keep every feature until it ends. If your circumstances are unusual, write to us anyway; we would rather hear it than not.
06Duplicate and mistaken charges
Always refunded in full, immediately, however long ago they happened.
07How to ask
Write to connect@idyetion.com from the email address on your account, and say which charge you mean. Every receipt is listed in Settings → Plan and billing.
We answer within three working days. An approved refund is issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, back to the card or account you paid from — typically 5–10 working days for a card, and up to 14 for a UPI mandate or a bank transfer. Any tax Dodo added at checkout is refunded with it.
08What a refund does to your account
A refunded period ends the plan it paid for, so the account returns to Free. Nothing is deleted: every invoice, brand and profile stays exactly where it is, readable and downloadable, and profiles above the Free allowance become read-only rather than disappearing. Invoices you have already issued never change.
