What we hold, why we hold it, and how to get it back or get rid of it.
01What we collect
Your account email, the issuer details you enter, your brands, your invoices, and basic technical logs. We do not buy data about you and we do not run advertising trackers.
02Profiles
Profile details exist to be printed on invoices. Their internal labels are visible only to you.
03Your content
Invoice contents, logos and signatures are stored so your documents can be rendered and shared. A rendered invoice fetches nothing at the moment it is opened.
05Security
We use reputable infrastructure providers and limit access internally, but no service can promise perfect security. If something happens, we will tell you what we know and when.
06Data export and deletion
Export from settings in a format your accountant can read. Delete your account and we remove your data from the live service on the schedule described in our retention policy.
07Payments
Billing records are held by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Their privacy terms apply to the payment itself; we see the subscription status, not your card.
