Yes, and it stays free. Unlimited invoices, unlimited brands, no card. Free invoices carry a small Collabill credit in the footer — that's how people find us.
No. Collabill never touches your money. You put your own bank details, UPI ID or payment link on the invoice, and the brand pays you directly. We never see it.
No, and that's deliberate. Handling payments would make this a very different product with very different obligations. We generate the document and keep the record. The money is between you and the brand.
Yes. If you're a designer, editor, photographer, consultant, developer or coach sending similar invoices every month, this was built for you too. The language leans creator because that's who asked for it first.
You can add any tax numbers and tax lines your country requires, labelled however you write them. Collabill prints exactly what you enter and calculates nothing. It's a document and record-keeping tool, not tax software, and it doesn't provide tax advice.
Yes. Set your starting number during setup and Collabill carries on from there, in your format.
You void it and issue a new one. Sent invoices can't be quietly edited, because someone else's books may already reference them. The voided number stays in the sequence, marked and dated.
All of the common ones, and you choose whether to show a symbol or a currency code. If you invoice in more than one, your dashboard shows each separately rather than converting.
Export everything as a file whenever you want. Delete your account and we remove your data. No hostage-taking.
Yes — that's what Studio is for. One account, one login, and a separate profile for each creator or contractor you represent, each with its own invoice numbering, logo, signature and payment details. Switch between them in a tap. Your creators don't need accounts; you generate the invoice and send it.
