What is wrong right now, and what to do about it.
Everything on this page is something we have confirmed and have not fixed yet. Things we simply have not built are not here — they are on the questions page.

Overdue notifications do not arrive on an iPhone unless Collabill is on your home screen
This is an iOS rule rather than a bug in Collabill: Safari delivers web push only to a site that has been added to the home screen. On Android, and on a desktop browser, notifications work from a normal tab.
Meanwhile Add Collabill to your home screen (Settings → Your data → Show steps) and turn notifications on from there. The switch tells you when this device cannot receive them.
The SETTLED and VOID stamp overlaps the address on a very narrow document
Below roughly 340 pixels the stamp printed on a rendered invoice can sit over the address block beneath it. It affects the preview and the PDF on the narrowest phones only.
Meanwhile The status is always shown as a pill beside the invoice as well, so nothing is unreadable. A new version of the templates fixes the layout; invoices already issued keep the version they were issued at.
Payment reminders and recurring invoices are not built yet
Both are planned for the release after this one. Neither is advertised on the pricing page, and neither is part of Pro today.
Meanwhile There is none. We would rather say so than list them as features that "work".
A weekend outage may stay down until the next morning
Collabill runs on one server watched by an uptime monitor that alerts one person’s phone. There is no on-call rotation, and we do not pretend otherwise: uptime is best-effort with no SLA.
Meanwhile Your invoices are backed up nightly and none of your data depends on the site being up to exist. If you need a document urgently during an outage, write to us — the address below reaches a person.
